Ordering Process

Sample & Invoicing

Following your initial consultation with us a PDF of your invitation/stationery will be sent to you by email; followed by a sample of the full invitation. Once you are completely happy with the design we will provide a full costing and estimate for the work to be carried out. Once you accept the estimate an invoice will be sent. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required at this point. Partial payments can then be made at any time, with payment for your invitations due at the time of delivery. The final balance for any on the day stationery will be due four weeks prior to your wedding day.

The next step is for you to agree & send all wording for your stationery. This can be sent in stages if need be however, keeping up communication and sending information through efficiently will really help with the process.

Once wording has been received, your proofs will be made and sent to you. Please check all wording, font and layout very carefully and return with any further changes or comments. Once you are happy with your proofs we will agree a suitable deadline date for delivery of your stationery.

Once all proofs have been agreed, each card will be individually handmade. Timescales are unique to each order, but rest assured that your stationery will be completed in accordance with your deadlines.

Once your stationery order has been completed we can either post it out to you, or you may collect it from the studio.
